Industries We Machine For

Six sectors account for most of our work. Each one expects different documents, different finishes and different tolerances — and we already run those routines daily.

Aerospace and UAV

Brackets, gimbal frames, camera mounts and airframe fittings where mass matters and traceability is non-negotiable. We machine 7075-T6 and titanium Grade 5 with full material certificates and CMM reports, and we hold wall sections thin without losing flatness.

Typical work: drone arm joints, sensor gimbals, payload plates, antenna mounts.

Automotive and EV

Motor mounts, busbar supports, sensor housings, cooling plates and prototype powertrain components. Prototype parts in 7–10 days let you test-fit before tooling is cut, and the same fixtures carry into pilot production.

Typical work: inverter housings, battery module brackets, connector bodies.

Robotics and automation

Joint housings, end-effector plates, gripper jaws and linear-stage components. Repeatability starts with the machined datum, so we hold hole position and perpendicularity tightly and mark parts for assembly orientation.

Typical work: harmonic-drive housings, tool flanges, conveyor guides.

Medical and dental

Instrument bodies, handpiece components, housings and test fixtures in 316L and titanium. Edges are deburred and passivated, surface finish is controlled for cleanability, and every lot is documented for your technical file.

Typical work: instrument handles, valve bodies, implant trial components.

Bicycle and e-bike

Dropouts, linkage plates, stem caps, battery mounts and motor covers. Aluminum 6061 and 7075 machined thin, then anodized in your color — a combination that keeps weight down and finish consistent across batches.

Typical work: suspension linkages, frame inserts, chainring spiders.

Electrical and appliances

Heat sinks, busbars, enclosures and connector hardware in copper, brass and aluminum. Conductivity and thermal performance depend on material grade, so we buy to spec and supply the certificate that proves it.

Typical work: extruded-profile heat sinks, busbar assemblies, terminal blocks.
