Sample and prototype department
One-off and low-volume parts machined from bar or plate. Most prototypes ship 7–10 days after drawing release, finishing included.
Shenzhen Jishihengsheng Technology Co., Ltd. — a 3,000 m² machining plant in Guangming District, Shenzhen. More than fifty CNC centers, twenty-plus engineers and technicians, ISO 9001, and sixteen years of continuous export work for North American and European OEMs.
NDA signed on request · English-speaking project engineers · FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door
We are a contract machining company, not a marketplace. The legal entity is Shenzhen Jishihengsheng Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Guangming District, Shenzhen, and the workshop has been running since 2010. Every part we sell is machined by our own staff on our own machines — drawings are not passed to a network of anonymous subcontractors with a margin added on top.
The floor carries more than fifty CNC machining centers: Mazak 5-axis and turn-mill cells, a 5-axis 5-linkage machining center, 3- and 4-axis vertical centers running Mitsubishi controls, CNC lathes with live tooling, wire and sinker EDM, and a surface grinder for parts that need flatness rather than profile. Sheet-metal equipment — laser cutting, press brake and automatic welding — sits alongside, so brackets, frames and enclosures can arrive complete with their machined components.
Around the machines sit twenty-plus engineers and technicians: programmers who build the fixtures and set-ups, project engineers who answer RFQs in English, and an inspection team running the coordinate measuring machine. Quotes are written by people who can see the part in the machine, which is why the answer usually includes a suggestion as well as a price.
Custom metal and plastic components for OEMs in aerospace and UAV, automotive and EV, robotics and automation, medical and dental, bicycle and e-bike, and electrical equipment. Typical parts are housings, brackets, manifolds, shafts, bushings, adapters, heat sinks, fixture plates, gimbal frames and instrument bodies — prototypes first, then repeat production on the fixtures proven during prototyping.
Work arrives as a 3D model with a 2D drawing, or as a sample part to reverse-engineer. It leaves as an inspected lot with material certificates, a first article report where required, and packing labels built to your line-side standard.
The shop did not start as an export supplier. The way it grew explains how it is organised today.
The company began as a small toolroom making fixtures and one-off parts for automation integrators around Shenzhen. That is where the habit of engineer-priced quotes started — the first customers were engineers who wanted to discuss datum strategy, not price per kilogram.
European customers began sending prototype drawings that had to survive into series production. Holding a part on the same fixture from first article to volume became the service itself, rather than a lucky side effect of doing both jobs in one shop.
Fifty-plus centers, a dedicated quality room and repeat programs for North American and European OEMs. This website is the CNC-focused front door to that factory; the main site documents the other processes the same team runs.
Six areas under one roof and one quality system. A part does not leave the building between prototyping and series production.
One-off and low-volume parts machined from bar or plate. Most prototypes ship 7–10 days after drawing release, finishing included.
Runs from roughly 50 to 2,000 pieces on the fixtures proven during prototyping, so tolerances do not drift when the quantity grows.
Repeat programs on dedicated cells with patrol inspection between operations and sampling on finished lots.
Multi-face parts finished in one set-up: milled flats and cross-holes on turned parts, contoured surfaces on prismatic ones.
Surface grinding for flatness and sealing faces; anodizing, passivation, plating and bead blasting through qualified Shenzhen partners, inspected before packing.
Coordinate measuring machine with GD&T evaluation, first article inspection against ballooned drawings, and the document pack that ships with every lot.
Machine groups rather than a full asset register — a purchasing team auditing a supplier usually wants to know what a capability claim is actually built on.
| Equipment | Control / specification | Typical work |
|---|---|---|
| Mazak 5-axis machining center | Simultaneous 5-axis, Mazak control | Complex prismatic parts, impellers and multi-face features in one set-up |
| 5-axis 5-linkage machining center | Simultaneous 5-axis interpolation | Tight-tolerance contours, aerospace brackets, thin walls |
| Mazak turn-mill complex | Turning, milling and sub-spindle in one machine | Shafts, adapters and fittings with cross-holes, slots and milled flats |
| 3- and 4-axis vertical machining centers | Mitsubishi control, rotary table option | Housings, plates, brackets, heat sinks, fixture plates |
| CNC lathes with live tooling | Bar-fed repeat turning | Bushings, pins, connectors, threaded and knurled parts |
| Wire and sinker EDM | Hardened and thin sections | Sharp internal corners, hardened tool steel, narrow slots |
| Surface grinder | Flatness and surface finish control | Gauge parts, sealing faces, thin plates |
| Coordinate measuring machine | GD&T evaluation, in the quality room | First article and sampling inspection on production lots |
Every RFQ is read by an engineer before it is priced. The reply carries the price, the lead time and a short list of what drives the cost — the deep pocket, the 0.4 mm wall, the datum that forces a second set-up. Where a change would remove a set-up or relax a tolerance you do not actually need, we say so. Drawings are read to European and American standards, including GD&T callouts, and we will flag a conflicting tolerance rather than quote against it silently.
ISO 9001 certification, four inspection checkpoints per order and a coordinate measuring machine in the quality room. In routine production the shop holds ±0.02 mm on linear dimensions and ±0.005 mm on critical features, with a qualification rate above 99.8%. Material certificates, first article reports and CMM data ship with the parts — the paperwork your own quality department will ask for six months later. The full process is on the quality control page.
Most of our work goes to North America and Europe, which is why quotes, drawings and inspection reports are handled in English by the same engineer from RFQ to shipment. Prototypes travel by express courier, mid volumes by air, production by sea. We ship FOB Shenzhen if you use your own forwarder, or DDP/DDU to your door if you would rather not deal with customs. New customers start on 50% deposit with the balance before shipment; repeat programs can move to net terms.
Most of what leaves this building is unannounced product. NDAs are signed on request — send yours or use ours. Drawings live on isolated servers with access limited to the engineers assigned to your job, files are removed from production systems after the order closes, and no customer part, logo or program name appears in our marketing without written approval.
This site covers CNC machining, milling and turning. Die casting, hot forging, injection molding, 3D printing and full assembly programs are documented on the main factory site at jshs-cnc.com. If your project needs a mix of processes, that is the better starting point — the same team answers both.
